Grand Prairie police say the search resumed Wednesday at Joe Pool Lake for the 45-year-old Mansfield resident.
Police say the search began after the man's wife contacted authorities when he failed to return home Monday night. Police say the triathlete apparently went swimming late Monday afternoon.
His car was found near the lake's swim beach. Police say the man's cellphone and wallet were inside the locked vehicle.
