Man in Smart car leads police on chase

HOUSTON

The chase ended in the suspect's driveway in Kinley and Ella in Oak Forest. Police arrived at the scene and arrested 49-year-old David Wheaton. Police say they don't know why he decided to run.

Wheaton was charged with DWI and felony evading.
