Police say Ronald Green stabbed Cecelia Sanders multiple times inside the Yale Village apartments.
When police arrived , her eight-month-old daughter was crawling under her body and her three-year-old was locked in a closet.
Green has been charged with murder and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
