Police say surveillance video shows off-duty Officer Jessica Smith browsing the store Tuesday night.
Two robbers held up the clerk at gunpoint, then chased after smith as she ran out the door. Smith and the clerk were both shot and are expected to be OK.
Police tracked down the suspects to a home near the store and recovered the gun from the shooting.
