Trustees of the Judson Independent School District voted Tuesday night to reorganize and censure June Adair.
Adair was replaced as president by trustee Arnoldo Salinas but has vowed to stay on the board.
A Bexar County grand jury last month indicted Adair on two counts misdemeanor campaign violation counts. Adair has denied the allegations related to cash contributions. She faces trial next month.
