We first told you about Thomas Porter's heroic actions last year. At the time, he'd heard a crash near his home and jumped in his truck to go help.
He found a wrecked pickup on fire with a little girl strapped in her car seat. Porter freed the toddler and took her to safety.
Today, he will be honored along with 20 other people.
