Backup goalkeeper Tyler Deric and defender Warren Creavalle are named in the suit filed by officer Raymond Perez. The players were arrested after police say they got in a fight with Perez outside a Houston bar in February.
Creavalle is due in court tomorrow on a charge of interfering with public duties. Deric is charged with assaulting a public servant.
