Nakisha Yvonne Johnson, 35, is charged with injury to an elderly individual, stemming from the incident that took place on January 13 at the home in the 11800 block of Spring Grove.
According to court documents, Nakisha had moved into the home of her mother, who reportedly has terminal cancer, to help her out.
The mother, Bettie Johnson, told police she had taken her daughter's computer because she thought she was hiding mortgage papers. Nakisha reportedly became angry when she found out and started knocking holes in the wall of the home with a golf club.
Court documents go on to say that the mother attempted to leave, but her daughter wouldn't let her and ended up dragging her around the home by her legs.
Ultimately, the mother was able to get to a neighbor's home and call police. No bond has been set in the case.
