Investigators say 31-year-old Natalie Ochoa had been strangled. She was partially nude when she was found Friday at the corner of River Drive and Park Place. She was alive when she was found, but later died at a hospital.
Neighbors had no idea who she was or how she got there. Police are still trying to find the person responsible.
