The two car accident in the center tube was not allowing traffic through for some time, but has since reopened.
Traffic was backed up all the way down 9th Avenue.
The accident was also impacting traffic coming into the city.
Around 9 p.m. on Wednesday night, traffic was finally moving along normally.
