1 hospitalized after major crash involving METRO bus on Aldine Bender Road, officials say

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A major crash involving a METRO bus is under investigation after leaving one person hospitalized Friday morning, according to officials.

SkyEye13 flew over the active scene on Aldine Bender Road near Wagon Road in north Houston at about 6:30 a.m., showing significant damage to the METRO bus and a second vehicle involved.

METRO officials said the bus was making a stop when the second vehicle hit the back of the bus.

No one on the bus was injured, but METRO said the driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
