It started around 5am. Firefighters were able to put out the fire, and pulled out one man who was found inside. He was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital with CPR in progress, but a Houston Fire Department spokesperson says the man was pronounced dead shortly upon arrival.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
