Ntahonkuliye Sebastien, 50, is charged with prostitution after an incident on Wednesday, October 26. A 16-year-old girl told Harris County deputy constables that she went her friend's apartment to get her hair cut, but her friend wasn't home. Instead, she encountered Sebastien sitting on the front porch. The girl told authorities he offered her money to have sex.
The girl declined and went home. At first she didn't report the encounter out of fear, but came forward after the police investigated a separate incident where Sebastien allegedly tried to lure her younger siblings into this apartment on Sunday, October 30. The children ran away and were not harmed.
Bail for Sebastien has been set at $50,000.
