According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, at 5am staff members of a group home in the 15300 block of Riverside Grove in the Mission Bend area discovered Chester Ray Brown, 56, was not in the facility. He was found safe and in good physical condition at the VA Hospital in Houston Tuesday afternoon.
Brown is a resident of Helping Hands Group Home and had been last seen by the group home owner at the facility at 10pm Monday. He suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
