Officers arrested Elena Kay Fuentes Wednesday and she will appear in court on Friday. Fuentes is serving ten years probation for the 2008 crash that killed her daughter.
Police say Fuentes had a blood alcohol level of point .024, three times the legal limit, when she drove her SUV off the road and slammed into a tree, killing her four-year-old daughter.
