It happened around 2:30am Sunday on Park Row near Broadfield. A witness says he saw a driver weaving back and forth on the road and saw the driver crash into an SUV.
Police say the witness turned around and helped both drivers out of their vehicles before they caught fire.
The SUV driver went to the hospital and the driver of the car died at the scene.
