Jor'dan Lewis was 14 when he allegedly stabbed to death 84-year-old Vaneeda Wright during a robbery at her home back in May. Her daughter found her dead.
The Galveston County District Attorney's Office has decided to try Lewis as an adult for capital murder.
Lewis remains in the Galveston County Jail without bond.
