Man accused of threatening to kill former girlfriend
HOUSTON
Alberto Monico Hall, 48, is charged with stalking. According to court documents, Hall threatened the woman starting in May 2007, after she broke up with him, until May 2011. On multiple occasions, Hall threatened to kill her because she would not be with him, court documents state.
The woman says Hall also threatened to kill her children and kidnap them. The father of one of the woman's children said Hall told him he was going to sexually assault the child.
On one occasion, Hall allegedly threatened the woman with a hatchet.
Hall also is alleged to have caused property damage to the woman's apartment and vehicle, and he's accused of pouring acid on the woman's vehicle and threatening to pour acid on her and her children.
No bond has been set in the case.
