The driver and passenger inside the Mercedes were sent to the hospital along with one person inside the second car.
Three injured after vehicle slams into power pole
HOUSTON
It happened in East Houston on the East Freeway near Maxey around 11pm. Police say the driver of a Mercedes lost control and skidded off the freeway.
The vehicle hit another car and then crashed into a power pole and split it in half.
