Bond is $100,000 for Janosik, who was arrested Sunday, hours after his son, Kaleb, was found unresponsive in the family's home. Autopsy results are pending, but a police report says the boy had bruises on his face and his back.
An affidavit says Janosik often cared for the baby while his wife was looking for work.
Jail records did not list an attorney for Janosik.
