Average price for home in Houston reaches all-time high

HOUSTON Numbers released on homes sales in Houston last month show the real estate market is rebounding again. In June, not only did home sales rise, but the average price reached an all-time high of $228,650.

And the median price of homes sold hit a two-year high of $161,000.
