Appliance maker files counterclaim to Tata lawsuit

HOUSTON

Tata is facing murder charges after four children died in a fire at a daycare earlier this year. Investigators say Tata left the children alone while she went shopping and a stove caught fire.

Loved ones of the victim filed a suit against Tata and the maker of the stove, Electrolux. The company claims it should not be part of the original lawsuit since the appliance wasn't used properly.
