Man charged in homeless man's drowning

HOUSTON

Luis Andujar, who police say is also homeless, is charged with murder. According to court documents, prosecutors say Andujar drowned the victim, David Watson, 43, by holding his head under water. Watson's body was found submerged in Buffalo Bayou before 7am on Saturday, May 21, near the Franklin Street Bridge.

Andujar, 41, was arrested on May 24. His bond has been set at $100,000. He has a previous robbery conviction from 1994.
