Police: Argument at bar leads to shooting

HOUSTON Around 2:15am just after the bars closed, officers heard several gunshots on Washington near Sawyer. They say two men who had been drinking at one of the bars got into an argument and one shot the other. Witnesses then tackled the shooter and held him down until police could get there.

The victim was shot, twice but is expected to survive.
