HPD officer accused of theft appears in court

HOUSTON Stefan Riha, 29, is charged with theft by public servant. He's accused of stealing $1,100 from an undercover officer during a sting. The sting was set up after people complained Riha stole money from them during traffic stops.

Riha has been suspended with pay pending the outcome of the investigation.
