The Raines High School student was shot in a wooded area last weekend.
A classmate, 18-year-old Alexander Olivieri, has been charged with her murder.
Prosecutors say Olivieri shot Frisbie because she told friends she'd seen Olivieri commit a drive-by shooting.
The suspect also has reportedly bragged about being involved in another shooting. Olivieri remained in jail Saturday on $500,000 bond.
