The district says it has not made a final decision on whether or not to close McDade, along with Rhoads, Love, and Grimes elementaries. Tonight's meeting starts at 6pm.
HISD to continue campus closure discussions
HOUSTON
The elementary school is one of four schools which could be closed to help the district with its $171 million budget gap. It is also cutting jobs in central administration and cutting funding per student.
