Republican officials say Donald Trump will address the party's Lincoln Day dinner as part of his first foray into Iowa as a possible presidential contender. The New York billionaire and reality TV figure has already announced plans to visit New Hampshire in June.

Michael Cohen co-founded a website aimed at gauging support for Trump. He told the Register that Trump expects to disclose his presidential campaign decision before the Iowa dinner. The dinner is scheduled for June 10.

State GOP chairman Matt Strawn told The Des Moines Register that he approached Trump during a trip to New York last month.
