A van was spotted driving into the water in southeast Houston, but crews say it appears no one was inside. Residents at an apartment complex say they saw the van splash into Brays Bayou. They also told investigators they never saw anyone jump out of the vehicle. The HFD dive team pulled the van out of the water.

"The vehicle was completely submerged. The dive team checked it out. There was nobody in the vehicle," said Gerard Taylor with the Houston Fire Department.

HPD sent a helicopter to do an aerial search, but no one was found.
