"I was in a car accident two years ago and I suffer arthritis in all my joints," Dantzler said. "It was advertising in TV and my husband said why don't you order that and see if it works."
She paid $130 for the order and the pills came with a 30 day money back guarantee.
"I tried them for at least three weeks and then I told them I was going to send it back," Dantzler said.
Dantzler got a returned authorization number and mailed them back and waited for her refund. After 60 days, she still didn't have her money.
"I kept calling and calling and I didn't receive it," she said. "Then I asked for the manager's number and left a message and never returned the call."
After 10 months and no refund, Dantzler said she was fed up and decided to contact ABC11 Eyewitness News I-Team Troubleshooter Diane Wilson.
"I was looking at the news one day and said I'm going to call Diane, and within a week, I had my check ... wonderful," she said.
After ABC11 got in touch with DRMC, LLC - the company that sold her the pills - Dantzler got her full refund.
A representative with DRMC apologized and said there was no excuse for the delay.
