Three sought after assaulting man at Red Box kiosk

HOUSTON On Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at approximately 7:45pm, authorities say a 31-year-old male victim was returning a movie at a Red Box in a Walgreens parking lot at 4841 Mount Houston Rd. when he was approached by two adult black males and one adult black female. The female suspect began cursing at the victim for no reason. The suspects pushed the victim to the pavement and began assaulting him by striking him on the stomach and head with their fists and feet.

The victim stated the suspects stole his wallet which contained several identification cards, debit cards, and cash. The suspects fled the scene in a white Toyota Corolla with dark-tinted windows.

The victim suffered serious bodily injury. The bone surrounding his left eye socket was fractured and medical attention was required.

The suspects were captured on surveillance camera entering the store moments before the robbery. The two male suspects are described as black males between the ages of 18 to 22 years of age, six feet tall with stocky builds. The female suspect is described as a black female between the ages of 18-22 years of age, around 5 feet 9 inches weighing between 125-140lbs, with light skin and wearing pink tights.
