Funeral held for father killed in auto-ped

HOUSTON Family members and friends attended a funeral for /*Theodore Jones*/, the father who was killed while trying to protect his baby during a hit-and run crash last month.

According to investigators, Brenda Johnson was behind the wheel of the car. She is accused of running over Jones while he was pushing his son in a stroller.

Prosecutors say Johnson admitted he had take prescription drugs prior to the crash.
