Driver slams into ice cream shop in west Houston

HOUSTON It happened around 9:30pm at the Baskin Robbins located on Memorial at West Bough. Police say the driver lost control and slammed into the shop. He then ran away but was captured a short time later.

Two employees were inside at the time of the accident but they were not hurt. Police say the driver was likely drunk.
