Judge denies request for Benji's to remain open

We have an update on a charter school's fight to stay open. A federal judge has denied a request for the school to remain open. The Texas Education Agency ordered the school closed last month, saying Benji's Academy was nearly bankrupt and could no longer afford to keep operating.

The school has stayed open in defiance of that order and some parents who have children at the school have filed a lawsuit against the state education commission.
