One dead, one hurt in overnight wreck in N. Houston
HOUSTON
Houston police say a pickup truck and a Ford Mustang were traveling southbound around 10:30pm Thursday night when the vehicles made contact and lost control. The pickup truck went into a ditch on West Hardy. The Mustang went into a ditch, struck a light pole, and then went into another ditch on Wellington.
A rear seat passenger in the Mustang was taken to the hospital and later died. The owner of the Mustang was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition. The driver of the pickup truck was not hurt.
