Police seek man they say used stolen credit card

HOUSTON Back on March 5, a car was broken into in the 2500 block of Holly Hall. A briefcase was stolen, and in it was the victim's American Express card.

Investigators say the stolen card was used to buy more than $600 at Armani Exchange in the Galleria, as well as a dinner at Fogo Da Chao. The man investigators believe was using it was captured on surveillance video at a Randall's store buying gift cards.
