Maybe music fan was on a Rocky Mountain High

FOND DU LAC, WI The 42-year-old man told officers he was "rocking out" to the "Rocky Mountain High" guy. A local newspaper (The Reporter) reports the John Denver fan was ticketed for unnecessary loud noise.

The fine could run about 200 bucks.
