Houston police say charges are pending against a third suspect in the fatal stabbing of a woman in the west Houston apartment she shared with her teenage son. Tabassum Khan, 43, was fatally stabbed inside her apartment in the 6,000 block of Beverly Hill back on November 25. And now, Kevin Andrew Haney, 17, faces charges of tampering with evidence and remains. He's in the Harris County Jail on an unrelated charge of aggravated robbery.

Two other suspects, including the victim's own son, are also in custody. Danish Moazzam Minhas, 17, Khan's son, and Nur J. Mohamed, 18, are both charged with capital murder.
