Mother, daughter killed in Rosenberg laid to rest

ROSENBERG, TX Hundreds gathered at the Church of the Living Waters in Rosenberg to remember Keitha Turner and her mother, Betty Jo Frank. Frank and her husband founded the church more than 30 years ago. Police say the two women were killed by Turner's husband, Albert.

Keitha Turner had moved out of their home just the day before because she was scared for her safety. Albert Turner, who worked as a corrections officer at the Jester unit in Fort Bend County, is still on the run. His car was found in a river in Georgia earlier this week.
