Pedestrian killed trying to cross FM 1960

HOUSTON Police say a man dressed all in black started crossing FM 1960 near Lee when he was hit by a pickup truck. Police say the area was poorly lit and the driver was not able to see him in time.

The pedestrian died on the scene. The driver will not face charges.
