Convenience store robbed over and over

HOUSTON Crime Stoppers and investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office are seeking the public's assistance in locating two suspects who robbed the Sam's 7 Day Convenience Store located at 500 Barbara Mae.

On Monday, August 17, at around 10:35pm, two armed suspects entered the Sam's 7 Day Convenience Store. The first suspect pointed a pistol at the clerk and demanded money. According to authorities, he forced the clerk to empty the cash register into a brown paper bag. The second suspect, who is a female, stood by the front door holding a gun on the customers in the store. Both suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of money. The robbery was captured on video.

The first suspect is a 20 to 30 year old white male. He was around 5'8" tall and weighs between 150 to 160 pounds. He was wearing a brown hooded jacket with the hood pulled up, thick white gloves, dark blue jeans and a brown bandana around his head.

The second suspect is a 20 to 25 year old white or Hispanic female. She is around 5'5" tall and weighs between 120 to 130 pounds. She was wearing black jeans, a yellow shirt with a black shirt over it and tied at her waist. She was wearing sunglasses and had a black bandana tied around the lower half of her face.

This is the third time this store has been robbed in the last 10 months. Tips to Crime Stoppers led to suspects being arrested and charged for the other robberies.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information called in to the 713-222-8477 (TIPS) hotline or submitted online at that leads to the identification, arrest and/or charging of any suspect in this case. All tipsters remain anonymous.
