Body found inside charred van

RICHMOND, TX Police say firefighters put out a vehicle fire in the parking lot of a Richmond business around midnight and found the body of a man. Investigators say it appears the victim lived in the vehicle.

It's unclear how the fire started. The medical examiner is looking into the cause of death. At this time, police do not suspect foul play.
