Man slips away from SWAT team

KINGWOOD, TX Police were called in when they got reports of a man inside an apartment on Bens Branch near Lake Houston threatening to shoot himself with a shotgun. Officers talked to him on the phone and then made entry into the apartment, but found no one was inside.

It's unclear when the man got out. There are no charges at this time.
