The City Health Department has advised HISD to close Wilson Elementary and Stevenson Middle School. The schools will not be open Tuesday, due to confirmed cases of swine flu. Under the new CDC guidelines these schools could remain closed for 14 days.
School officials began sending out automated phone messages to parents and staff late Monday night.
