Austin-Travis County EMS spokesman Warren Hassinger says a caller reported an equipment fire in the dental treatment area and said three employees were injured.
A statement from Hassinger says a 25-year-old dental technician has "extensive burns" because her scrubs caught fire. She was transported to University Medical Center. Her condition was not immediately available.
Hassinger says two other workers have minor burns, including a man transported to University Medical Center.
The cause of the fire is sought.
