The escort says George swung a metal chain at him when he got loose and ran away after a naked photo shoot. George says he handcuffed the escort while he tried to figure out if the man had taken photos of himself out of George's computer.
George will be sentenced January 16th. The judge says he'll probably be sentenced to jail.
