Wednesday afternoon at the Criminal Justice Center, 12 people graduated from the Harris County drug court's "Success Through Addiction Recovery" program, also known as STAR. The graduates spent 12 to 18 months in the STAR program which aims to break the cycle of drug addiction and repeat incarceration.
