TEXAS CITY, TX Bruce Clawson, head of homeland security for Texas City, said company officials told him a pump house near a storage tank caught fire Monday night. The blaze was out in less than 30 minutes, The Galveston County Daily News reported in its online edition.

There were no reports of injuries and the city's alert level was lowered from Level 3C, a major incident, to minor Level 1 after the fire was out.

An officer with Marathon Petroleum told The Associated Press Monday night there was an emergency but said she could not provide any details.
