Suspect in Katy kidnap attempt arrested

KATY, TX According to Ft. Bend County sheriff's detectives, the man seen in surveillance video is 40-year-old Bradley Lucas. He allegedly tried to kidnap an 18-year-old woman from a busy gas station at Grand Parkway and Bay Hill last Sunday night.

The teen's mom says the suspect who tried to kidnap her daughter pulled her blouse down and grabbed her arm.
