Three arrested in charity fraud case

EL PASO, TX Robert E. "Bob" Jones, Ernesto Lopez, and Patrick James Woods were arrested by the FBI Tuesday morning after being indicted on various federal fraud charges. The indictments are sealed.

Jones it the former head of the National Center for the Employment of the Disabled, a clothing company that made uniforms for the military. Federal officials have previously said the company violated contract agreements by not hiring enough severally disabled or blind employees.
